Burnouts

I drove a Screw Lariat today. My take on burnouts. Given the new electronic throttle control. Unless you powerbrake it or a new chip comes out that will override the function, you won't be burning the tires on the new F-150.

Best guess, the electronic control senses low speed torque output and maximizes same. Since torque drops off as the wheels start to spin it won't let it happen.

Sorry, all you burnout freaks out there.

I had no problems doing a couple of burn-outs, granted they weren't very big, but the truck is new and I'm trying to be some what kind during the break-in period. I can't wait till the Superchip has there programmer out and the Flowmaster is available along with K&N Filters, they will make huge differences.
