I saw one a couple weeks ago driving by me on Rt. 9 in Framingham, MA. I turned right around and stopped at the dealer who was like 2 minutes away, but they said it was only there a short time, then off to who knows where again. It was a Bright Red SuperCab. Just got a glimpse, but I definetely noticed it right away, so they don't look THAT similiar to the heavy dutys. The dealer said that that one would most likely be "scrapped" or "crushed". I guess it's one of those they've been putting through their paces to find any problems, then off to the car compacter it goes along with all the other "test" '04's.

Saw one tonight down here in Peachtree City, Georgia. Caught a glimpse as I passed it at night, but I'm sure it was the new '04. Wedgewood Blue Crewcab with Beige trim.
Personal Opinion: at first I thought it was an '03 Expy, but noticed it was a lot longer. Quick glance in the rearview portrayed a rather square looking truck bed area. So it was definately an '04, but I didn't get a good look. Still waiting for them to show up at the dealership.
