Has anybody else noticed this?

I've been wondering about this for a little while... I love the truck and know this wouldn't be a maker or a breaker at all, but does anybody else think the floor shifter would be kind of a pain in the but when you're driving down the road with a drink in your hand? Cause the shifter will be in the middle ("Drive" position) and when you go to set your drink in the cup holder, looks like you would have to go around the thing all the time or bump into it... I know this sounds very nit picky... but I'm an engineer and I notice the little $h!t.

Here's a pic... It does show the best angle, but you can see what I mean...

Looks like a real bad spot for a drink holder. It is next to someones elbow, excellent way to knock it over...

I think he means the one next to the shifter, directly beside the passenger's left knee. Cup holders are definitely something not to be taken lightly, good lookin` out for us, there, purty_2004!

Maybe it is for the back, but still an odd place for cup holders. However it wouldn't matter to me because the interior is SWEET...

BTW... I was talking about the ones next to the shifter. I don't really think the ones for the back will be a problem for me, in fact I kinda like the those b/c I can use them for extra bottles... I always like to keep one handy just in case I need a chew!!

Drink holders with full Console:

2x - right beside the shifter to the right.
2x - rear of arm rest/console lid.
2x - each front door map pocket has one holder at the front.

6 in total. IMHO a couple more would be nice. Maybe there are another two in the rear map pockets that I didn't see?
