I though with the truck having no chrome at all, the chrome running board would look odd.

 

You can check with your dealer but when I bought my 01' they wanted to charge $950.00 as an option for the spray in bedliner because it was through ford. Which by the way is done off the dealer lot at the closest Rhino Spray shop. I would get it myself instead of through the dealer. Just my 2 cents.

 

Sorry, The Rhino liner isn't a Ford option. I'm having it done aftermarket. The chrome running boards looked good on the '03 I saw. I think the 18" Wheels will tie it together. If I don't like them I'll have them swapped out for black. The chrome isn't available right now so I may have the truck delivered without running boards if they hold up delivery very long.

 

$950!!!! (*^% Yup....Ill have it done aftermarket as well. Ive got a freind thatll do it cheap if I help him. Has anyone dealt with Speed Liner? Its supposed to be better than Rhino and thats what he does.

 

Line-X is the best, hands down.

Isn't the availability of SuperCrews with moonroofs pushed back til late this year?

 

Truck of doom

I read were all Screws with moonroofs & running boards are not being built until september. My FX4 Screw with no moonroof has a build date of 8-26-03 to 9-17-03. My dealer told me that the truck should be built sometime in that time frame.

 

My dealer wouldn't even hint at a possible delivery date. It comes when it comes. I told her to just call me when it gets here.
