Does the Lariat have to be ordered with two colors? I mean I builidng one on the ford site and it confused me with the two tone paint.

 

No it doesn't. Monotone is available, just don't choose the lower color... chrome bumpers come with monotone paint.

 

I believe monotone is available for all lariat colors except bright red and wedgewood blue , if you select one of those two , you must go two tone.

 

These are the only colors you can get monotone Aspen Green Matalic( it's what I ordered) Tudor Red & Arizona Beige. I wanted a wedgewoodd blue but no dice.

Dark Toreador Red Clearcoat Metallic
Aspen Green Clearcoat Metallic
Black Clearcoat
Oxford White Clearcoat

Mandatory 2-tone:
Bright Red Clearcoat
Medium Wedgewood Blue Clearcoat Metallic

Arizona Beige is the only lower accent color available for Lariat.

 

I'm also looking to get a Lariat. Is it just me, or is the color selection to limited. Look at the XLT choices. Why is there twice as many. I have actually thought of buying an two tone and then going and getting the beige painted a different color.
