Ok, some of you guys who mailed me...your inbox won't take a 3 MB attachment, so to make all of our lives simpler, I've uploaded it and you can download it directly here.

For those of you on a WinBox, if it looks like it's stalled, right click and do a "Save target as" or whatever PC's say nowadays. Macintosh users shouldn't have this problem. Unless of course, you have the acrobat plug in set to open up in the browser, then you will need to do a save as or whatver.
