I know how you feel, f150-hdt. Fortunately I cancelled my 03 Lariat order when I found out it was going to take two months to get it. That was last Nov..

One of these is going to look real good on me.

If you look close on the bottom of the page of the first picture it looks like a console shifter for a five speed automatic.

 

i gotta say good job on finding those pic and i just hope thats what they look like because it looks tough like a truck should be. and as far as what the lightning and hds look like who cares i dont have that kinda money anyway.

 

well since the ford and HD alliance is up soon, hopefully they won't try and make a HD out of that boxy superduty looking cube on wheels

i say keep the superduties big and boxy, they look good that way

but keep the lightduty f150 more sleek and aerodynamic. i'm not saying make a ranchero out of it, but a friggin tonkatruck and superduty mix? no thanks

 

To my eye, the body-colored grill surround looks much nicer. The chrome one looks kinda plastered-on. I really don't like the squared-off mirrors.
Otherwise it looks very 'truck-like', I think it'll be a big hit.

 

the first pic definately looks like a super crew with 4 real doors and the yellow one looks like a extended cab with 2 front doors and 2 decent (comparable to the ram) sized suicide doors. I was kinda confused about all of the spy pics that we've all seen showing what appeared to be 4 forward swinging doors, yet the "tonka" concept still had "suicide" rear swinging back doors on the extended cab. Looks like the spy pics were the super crew. So it is all making sense now

The one on the bottom is a flareside. Looks pretty cool if you ask me. The mirrors and the chrome grille aren't so great. I also see a pic at the bottom of the top pic that appears to be a white SuperCrew. It looks a lot better from that angle from what I can tell.

 

Here is a comparison of the '04 F-150 front and the '03 Expy front. The Expy is on the bottom. I think I like the F-150 front grill better.

 

Is that a regular cab or supercab because we all heard that the regular cab would be extended but, this looks as big as my supercab model.

 

Will THE SUPERCAB BE LARGER THIS YEAR inside?

 

I didn't like the top grille at first, but honestly, it's starting to grow on me pretty quick. The front fascia of the top truck looks suspiciously like the new navigator...minus some small stuff...

Wow I can't wait, guess I'll be trading my 03 for an 04 next sept.

 

I'm gonna decide to ride this one out for while, pay the bills I have now, and wait for the possible F-250 Tonka Style Truck in 2005....(of course I'll have mine in mid 04 ) This way I don't have to sell my truck and have "BOFUM" (ebonics for both of them)
