Line in driver's wheel well

Can anyone tell me what this line is in the driver's side front wheel well? The rubber connection has failed but I don't know what to search for the replace it. Thanks in advance for any help, hoping there's still some old 97-03 guys on here!

Looks more like an evap line to me. If it were a fuel line it would have fuel pouring out of it.

Evap line is fine. Still carries fuel vapors. That piece that is broken, is literally a $5 trip to autozone. And only because they sell line in foot increments
