Thumb/clunk Sound After Accelerating

Hi there I'm new here. I have an Automatic 03 F150 4.2 L. It's bare-bones stock with just over 130k. For about the last two or three days I have noticed after accelerating and taking my foot off the gas, when I start to accelerate again, there is a loud sound that seems like it's coming from towards the front of the truck. It only happens when driving at higher speeds over 50 mph and usually on the freeway and it's not happening while shifting. I can't figure out what's wrong with it. I will do it when it's cold and warm. I also tried searching the site and found a similar issue, but only when it's cold on the initial acceleration.

Any ideas or has anyone ever had this problem before?

Thank you in advance,
Spencer

Check your engine lift brackets. They tend to fail because of vibration and can break loose from the engine without completely falling off.
