After installing the headers the EGR wouldn't fit (the bung was set 15-20 degrees wrong). I cut the connector with a cut off wheel 3/4 through and bent it over. I sealed it with High Temp JB Weld (which has held up fine) but the angle wouldn't let the flange and cone to connect, hence the leak and the P0401 code. Anyone have a better work around? I've been searching auto parts EGR tubes that have a flexible end, to cut and braze to the existing tube. no luck so far
