O2 problems P0135, P0141, P0155, P0161, P1132, P1152

O2 problems P0135, P0141, P0155, P0161, P1132, P1152
So I know this issue has been beating to death. I'm trying to get some advice on possible other things that could cause these codes. I have pulled the whole harness to the rear and no damage or anything to wires. I'm working on pulling the front harness now haven't found any shorts yet. Issues driving me crazy. Killing my gas mileage (definitely don't need that happening right now) runs rough when sitting at idle inconsistent idle kind of like an EGR issue but the diaphragm is holding pressure. It hesitates when at low throttle off of dead stop or slow roll. Live data has the sensors at 99.2% for STFT for B1S1 and B2S2 reading .998V constant but I'm no guru by any means but if it's broken I gotta fix it. I think I'm reading what my ohms and voltage should be correctly (by what I've seen online and videos but I could be wrong) but I don't have a manual with the values on hand yet. When I do test the circuit I get a bounce between OL and 0.00 ohms with KOEO any advice or tips welcome and appreciated

All 4 O2 sensors are brand new and have good circuits internally I checked them to be sure.
If anyone has any ideas or advice I would be very appreciative thank you!
