98 F150 starting issue
So i have a 98 f150 with triton engine.i parked my truck at a so called friends went back sweet later to find truck jacked up and exhaust cur. Looks like he was taking out converter. So now my truck doesn't start. Why?fuses and relays fine but I don't hear fuel pump kick on and it just turns over.

There will be no codes to check in a case like this, you have to use your head to figure out what's wrong.
See if he tripped the inertia switch. If not, it gets harder.
