Almost to the finish line!

for 2 months this forum has helped me get my truck (2003 f150 supercrew 4.6l v8 2wd) from not even starting to now almost(hopefully) passing smog to finally get my ca registration and tags again. the issue is i have codes:

p0453,p0443,p0315, and b1869.

but every few scans show codes for the vss circuit input high and also a seatbelt circuit a i believe it was im sorry i do not recall right now the exact codes. anyhow, the truck runs a bit sluggishly albeit much better than two weeks ago after i have changed my intake gaskets to rid the p0171 and p0172 lean codes or whatever exactly they were the common ones you know. now, i bought a launch 129e scantool for $280 bucks to help me get to the bottom of these last issues because I am truly struggling. I am super handy but not in any way or form an expert mechanic nor knowledgeable in ford systems other than what i pretty much learn from you guys and a bit on youtube. let me just get to the point forgive me, with the truck being sluggish i figured hook up my new scanner and while driving record the datastream and i noticed desired torque converter rpm while driving was like 1200 or something but the actual rpm for the torque converter was around 230. when I got home while idling in my driveway is when i took the pics that are posted as I didnt know about the way they actually work. Thanks for giving me time from your day as I know how valuable and limited time is for anyone so thank you very much i mean that! but man, im dying here and my registration was due in february i am really struggling here and with 5 kids need my vehicle so badly for transportation and work so I swear i am working hard to get this all together and working right but I have to admit im kinda firing in the dark as they say as I do not know what I am doing but am willing to listen and learn whatever anyone is willing to teach and share. hope that helps detail where im atany tips on above codes and is there a difinitive method to finding out if my pcm is in any form the faulty module? sometimes it doesnt even coomunicate with scan tools... thanks for any help in advance!

The best advice I can give is to google those codes and read about them and what causes them.
