2002 Supercrew 2wd 4.6 parts list timing chain replacement

The 02 F150 Crew has the telltale Loud rattle at startup then very light while running on passenger side.
75k miles but the truck idled allot and it was all city stop and go. Three kids thru 12 years of drop offs, pickups and activities.

Question at hand is what else to change out and what parts are needed ?

Just started researching and making my list.

I purchased the OTC 6487 cam holding kit....great eBay deal.

Cloyes timing setup kit no gears and iron adjusters chain and guides.

Valve cover gaskets....Romeo engine ..FelPro

Water pump ?

Fan Clutch?

Oil pump M176 Melling ...or M176hv high vol but same pressure

Change out original spark plugs.....Motorcraft OEM of course.

I have the factory Service manual and quite a few online how to’s.

Recently the alternator, pulleys, tensioner and belt were replaced.

All comments are welcome.

I just saw a mechanic video about a timing chain problem on a GM 3.6 V6. The chain was replaced with a Cloyes and it broke. The mechanic installed another Cloyes and got the timing wrong and the video was about finding the timing issue. Don't know if you are better off with an OE chain?

I'd use an OE chain, guides, and tensioners. You sure it's not just a dry start? What brand oil filter do you use?
