Just another problem. Shifted into 2nd gear, shifter went too the seat. Took off shifter and this is what I saw. What exactly is wrong and does it require removing transmission?

Yes, you'll need to remove the transmission.

 

So o know this the backend of the forks that change the gears! But as far as where their supposed to be or look like, not sure. Could someone enlighten me as to where these should be in position and what they do exactly? And what should be there, maybe a picture? It’s stuck in second now, clutch still disengages the transmission!
