Power Window- while the truck is running windows will not go down. Turn the switch on and not start the truck the passenger window will go down but the driver won't

 

OK, what "switch"? The ignition switch? You say "windows" (plural) but then say the passenger window works?? How many powered windows do you have? Have you checked the fuses? Does the passenger window stop working if the engine is running?

You're going to have to supply more clear information if you want help here. If you can't do that, take your truck to a garage where they have techs that can check things out.

Both windows do not work while the motor is running. When the motor is off but the switch is still on, the passenger window will go up and down and the driver side still wont work

 

And what are your truck details? When the engine is off, the passenger window works? Does it work using the passenger door control and the driver's control? This is a single or extended cab, not a crew cab?
