Bed swap

I have a ‘97 F150 Supercab with an 8’ bed and the floor of the bed has some rot on one side. I found a bed from a ‘99...anyone know of the ‘99 would be a clean swap onto my ‘97? Thanks!

If it's a Supercab with 8' bed, it should swap.

If it is the same cab and bed configuration, it should just bolt on with no issues

Right - and I honestly don't know if a 8' bed off a standard cab would work.

I am curious if your truck is a 2wd? Also, is the possible donor truck the same configuration or different?

Do your's or the donor truck have the oem flares? My truck does, and because of that, there are a lot of little holes in the fender. If it wasn't there would look funky.

I would expect that a regular cab and the extended cab 8' beds are swappable

they most liekly are...
But I asked about the 2wd vs 4wd, because I thought the 4wds only came with a 6.5 in a supercab
