03 f150 steering wheel swap
Hi is it possible to swap the the steering wheel from a 03 excursion on my 03 f150?

It’s the media controls is what I’m after. My 03 f150 does not have them also the leather is fading and I want to control the thermostat and the radio from the steering wheel

You would need to find out if the wiring is the same and if your stereo can accept the controls?

Did 03 F150s have steering wheels with controls?
