Jcase fuses for 2003 F150

Hi

I want to get some spares for my 2003 F150, 5.4 offroad model. These seem to be called "Jcase" or "J Cartridge" fuses. They seem to be the devil to remove so without doing that, can someone tell me if these 30/40/50 amp fuses located in the box under the hood are low profile or high profile.

Amazon sells these, but I would probably only be able to use half of them.

Thanks in advance.Don

my 2001 uses all long ones

removing them was easy, just pull and wiggle like any fuse. it was actually easier, as they were big. the regular fuses my truck uses are super tiny, I would need a tool

They're "Maxi-" fuses, "JCase" fuses are completely different.

My truck definitely has jcase fuses underhood, and they are the long ones. I can get some pics later

Also uses mini fuses

Yeah, Google lead me wrong when I made my image search for the "J cartridge" and it returned cylindrical fuses as one of the possibilities. If you limit calling them "Jcase" then you get the right ones as that is the correct name for them.

No worries. I had never heard of them before. I had to google it. Then went out and checked my truck
