Spindle lift w/o pushing the wheels out

I’m getting closer to purchasing a lift for my 03 2wd. I was interested in the Rough Country 3” spindle lift but after thinking about it the last couple weeks I think the wider stance in the front would bother me. Any other options I should consider?

I thought about that but heard mixed reviews regarding spacers, especially for the rears. I tow my boat every weekend so I’m not sure if that would be a safety factor.

If you do it right and get quality spacers then safety isn’t an issue, a good set will cost you about 70-100 a piece not for 4 but 1
