2001 billet grill

Does anyone have a good write-up or video of installing a billet upper grill on a 97-03? (my truck is an 01, should that matter)

I got the grill, and am pretty confident in it, but don't want to screw it up. I know I need to pop off the OE teeth holding the stock grill on, and then grind off those teeth, but am slightly unclear how I am supposed to mount the grill to the header panel.

If I can't figure it out, I *might* just pick up a vertical look grill , as I haven't seen those in real life, and the regular billet grills are very common. Surprised I can't find a youtube video on it.

I tested it, and it works now.

I know the oe snaps in. From what I have seen, you actually take out the center portion of the oe, and are supposed to dremel off all the little ears. The billet then bolts to the header panel, and the bezel actually just goes on top of it all.
