Front stabilizer bracket broken away from frame

Driver's side front stabilizer bushing bracket has separated from the rusted frame on my son's 1997 stock (not lifted) RWD F150. Took a piece of the frame with it. Wondering what our options are?

Bring it to a competent welder. They can fix that up.

They will likely cut a large chunk out, then replace it.
