Those are hard to find. Try eBay or Google refurb'd wheels. There are places that sell them.

 

Also try car-part.com, it's a junkyard search engine.

It's crazy how much people want for the 7 lug wheels/center caps.

I have the chrome 7 lug wheels on my 97 and I ended up removing the center caps and stacking them on a shelf in my garage.

The center caps fall off very easily and are often stolen because they go for around $100 each on ebay.

What's even more rare is the 7 lug NBS F150. Those fetch $$.
