Brake issue

2002 F150 xlt 4.6l. so low speeds under low speeds of like 10 and under low speed abs is kicking in when coming to stop and kicking pedal back. Truck pulls to right when it happens but no dash lights come on at all.
Wires all seem fine and brakes and rotors are seeming fine. Doesn’t happen at high speeds when just braking to slow down or even all the time! It’s random when it happens and pretty often in any conditions

What’s the possible issue?

I would guess that it is caused by the sensors at the wheel. Just wild guessing here.

Check the ABS tone ring on the right front.

I've saw times when the sensor lead goes either shorted or open on an intermittent basis.
This will be detected by the brake computer as a fault and kick the brake motor.

System module uses balanced input signals from each wheel. If an imbalance for any reason occurs (within narrow limit tolerence) due to open leads, shorted lead, difference in rotation speed signals will kick the alarm and brake motor into actions.
The sensors pick up toothed generated pulses. If missing or do not match at the input, it is a fault.
Good luck.

STUPID QUESTION ALERT
Are the tires the same sizes left and right?

You are describing a detection of a tire that is turning too slowly relative to the other tires, the slow speed is detected as wheel lock, and the ABS is kicking in to cure the locking. The larger tire makes a longer (slower rotation) square wave that the ABS sees as a skidding tire.
