No Horn or Cruise after accident.

My 2001 F150 was in a minor accident where both air bags deployed. I have sent the RCM off to be reset (waiting on it to return) and I have replaced the air bags with bags I found at a Pick and Pull. I have replaced the clock spring with a new one (not used) but the horn and cruise still do not work. As info: My truck was one of those involved in the recall using a fusible link dealing with the cruise control and the master cylinder, if I recall. Anyway I guess my next option is to look into fuses or fusible links. Any suggestion on the fuses # I need to check or the fusible link? Any suggestions are appreciated.

I replaced the clock spring with a new one thinking that was the problem but it did not fix these issues.

Unrelated.

Check fuse F7 under the hood. Both the horn and the speed control rely on it.

If needed, do you have a multimeter and do you know how to use it to make voltage and resistance readings?
