Loud rattle

So when im doing about 60 or so on the interstate, when i start cruising or slowing down or sometimes at a steady speed, i hear a rattle coming from behind me, its a kind of aggressive rattle, it kinda sounds like its under the back of the truck. But i cant hear it when i roll down the windows cause the wind isnso strong at 60 mph, any ideas

It could be a loose brake shoe.

You are just going to have to get under the truck and give it a good inspection. Might not be hard to find the loose part.

Yes you do. With all the issues you are describing in multiple threads, you need to take your truck to a good mechanic that knows Fords. Nothing more any of us can really do without actually seeing the truck and getting our hands on it.

Can you take a video and post it of your problems? That can assist a lot better than words.
