Truck Hesitating when starting from a stop.

I have a 2001 F150 5.4 XLT with 219,000 miles. And recently it started to hesitate when starting from a stop. I brought to autozone to get scanned. And the codes were miss fire on cylinder 3 and the gas was to lean. I replaced the coil pack on cylinder number 3 and cleaned the mass air flow sensor. But is still hesitating and seems to be getting worse. Anything will be helpful.

Clear the codes and see which come back. Post the exact P-codes. Check for vacuum leaks.

^^ Agreed ^^
Only questions to add is when the fuel filter was changed last & IS the transmission fluid at correct level ( presuming its a automatic)?

Make sure to check the transmission fluid (if auto) when hot.

The transmission fluid should be checked at normal operating
temperature 66°C-77°C (150°F-170°F) on a level surface. The normal
operating temperature can be reached after approximately 30 km (20
miles) of driving. The fluid level should then be in the "HOT" range on the transmission fluid dipstick.

I cleared the codes The same ones came up. P0303 and P0171. Transmission fluid seems to be good at operating temps. I haven’t changed a the fuel filter since I owned the truck (about 2 years). Thank you for your suggestions. I will change the fuel filter and let you guys know what happens.

I would change that fuel filter! It might be clogged/restricted.

Another possibility is fuel injectors. You might want to run some Techron through the system after you change fuel filter.

Or worst case you lost compression in that cylinder. You can check this by doing a compression test.

Change #3 spark plug and check for vacuum leaks. An exhaust leak before the O2 sensor can also trip a lean code.
