Throttle Position Sensor screws

Throttle Position Sensor screws
I need to change my TPS and in looking at it, it seems that the Philips screw heads have been stripped previously. Does anybody know exactly what size the screw are so I can go get replacements before taking it apart?

M5 x 0.8 x 30 pan head and the Ford part # is N603257-S100

Remove the throttle body, cut/drill/grind the head of the screws off, remove the tps, take vice grips and clamp down on the remaining part of the screw.
