help with fixing my f150

I am trying to find out what is the proper fix for my truck, and I was hoping that I could see pictures from trucks that are the exact same as mine so I could know where I need to start. thanks I have a 1997 f150 4.6 L 4x4

Here is my 97 F150, but it has the 5.4 in it.. Not really sure what you asking?? I don't own this truck anymore, but when I did, it was a great truck....
