Okay so here's where I'm at so far, (because I hate when I read one of these and no one tells the finish)
I tried to take the bed off, the 6th bolt stripped. So I spent forever trying to get it out but to no avail. So I then decided I had to drop the tank. After HOURS of messing with it I finally got the tank dropped and the fuel sending system put in.
As of right now it's still sitting under my truck. I have to get some help to get it back up. But other than that, that's where I'm at. I'll keep this updated as I go along.

Problem solved!!!
Okay so after running into all that, I finally got it all put back together. I say all because dang near EVERY vacuum hose connected to my tank was junk. I man like I would touch them and they would fall apart. So I replaced all them and the sending unit. I started it up the other night and it is like night and day. The truck runs like it's brand new. I can NOT believe the power. (Keeping in mind I also replaced the MAF, fuel filter, new plugs, cleaned all carbon gunk out of top end of engine and so on)
I tested the psi and it stays around 35!
Thanks for all the replies and help!
