99 F150 Cranks but wont Start

99 F150 Cranks but wont Start
I haven't started my truck in a couple of months and the battery was totally dead. After charging the battery it would crank but not start. The anti-theft flashing rapidly and the odometer reading all dashes.
I think it is dealer time as I am getting:
The anti-theft flashes once and then six times.
16 is the faulty link between the PATS and the PCM vid block?
When I used the HEC Dealer test mode I got a D147 and D262.
U1147 D147 SCP (J1850) Invalid or Missing Data for Vehicle Security PCM REFER to Section 419-01.
U1262 D262 Missing SCP Message J1850 REFER to Section 418-00.
I didn't see any chewed wires.
Unless someone has any suggestions!
