Engine swap question

I have a 2001 f150 supercrew, lariet with 6" procomp lift. that I put a new engine in last year, currently has about 12k miles on it. I put a magnacharger supercharger on it, cold air intake, but the body is worn, i want a 2005 f150 exactly the same but excellent body condition but it has 170k miles on it, can i put my engine in the 2005 with minimal issues. I just dont trust a motor with that many miles because that' about what my 2001 had on it when she give up the ghost.

Here are some of the differences between the years.
1. If 2006 has a 3 valve motor......NO.
2. 2006 has a different operating system running the motor.
3. Differences in hardware equipage between the two.
2006 has electronic throttle control for one.
Good luck
