I have a 1999 f150 2 wd 4.2. i would like to go with a 3" body lift. Due to it being simple and just wanting the lifted look. Are these lifts pretty easy to install? Does it put extra wear on suspension or anything due to moving away from the original design? I just bought tires. they are P245 r 74 16 . Would they look too small when the lift is installed?
