Hi, I'm very new to this forum... I'm having a difficult time figuring out what's going on with my truck. It doesn't turn over or crank, I have checked battery, terminals and starter solenoid and all is good. I also tried jumping the battery and it doesn't even do anything then. I'm stumped on what my next step would be. I can't afford to put it in the shop so I'm trying to figure out this on my own. Any help is muchv appreciated.

 

1. Did you inspect the connections on the starter motor? They have a history of serious corrosion.

2. Where, specifically is the "click" coming from?

3. Do you have a multimeter and know how to use it or willing to get one and learn?
