Truck won't start when it rains?!

My 1998 Ford F-150 will NOT start when it rains?!?! Often times when it is not raining I have to turn it to the on position for a minute or two and then it starts?! I have taken it to four ships and no one can figure it out! Please HELP!

Truck won't start when it rains?!

Excuse my ignorance but is a GEM the computer? If so they have put two new ones in and it still doesn't work. They have put in a new cam sensor and crank sensor and switched out the ignition switch and we finally realized that it wasn't starting only when it rained...four different shops can't seem to figure it out?! And my son needs his truck! Really stressed.. This has been going on since February?!

GEM = General Electric Module (also known as body ecu on many other cars)
