Do you have 5 lug nuts or 7? it maybe that prior owner added a extra leafs ?

On the brakes, Does it matter which direction you're turning to get the noise? does it wander abit going straight down the road?
It can be many things...could be brake pads and or rotor are warn. or tie rod are bad or wheel bearings.

Depending on exactly how it squeals, I might suspect the power steering pump.
Could be the brakes, ball joint, or bearing hub? Tire rubbing if you have oversize tires?

With 5 lug, you do not have a 7700.

like glc pointed out that with only the 5 lug nut pattern it is not the 7700 so some one must of added the extra leaf/ over load pack.

as for the noise when turning to the right... well you need to check out the brakes and the wheel bearings, least off that would be my first suspects anyway. I'd start on the left side, but it certainly could be either side. If that checks, then I'd move to the tie rod ends and lower ball joints
