I have a 98 ford f150 2 wheel drive, I replaced the tire rod ends bushings sway bar, and everything EXCEPT the ball joints, every few days the tires are either moving in or out and it has to be adjusted any idea on why they keep moving

Upper control arms loose?

If the ball joints are bad/loose you will never get the alignment to hold

Did you check the idler arm? And what do you mean by the tire rod ends bushings sway bar?

I second the checking of the idler arm and pitman arm. One or both of those is most likely the culprit.

Check your steering box. The worm gear can get warn and cause play in the steering linkage.
