lol yeah that barely will make a hit on your MPGS. Yeah even towing my two quads which is around 2k including the trailer brings me down to around 12mpg all highway.

 

I get about 14 mpg city/highway mixed unloaded and 8 mpg towing a 7,000 lb. travel trailer at 65 mph. One size larger tires (load range E), 93 octane custom towing tune. Cat-back exhaust, '99 aluminum intake mod. The rest is stock.

 

My '97 doesn't get anywhere close to those numbers. Bought new in Feb '96. In early 2000's, we drove it to Mount Rushmore from Western KY. Avg 16.8 round trip.
