factory ford lightning upper grill insert 01-04

Any one know the best place to purchase one of these factory inserts? Im having a hard time locating one and a few years ago when I was building my last truck I could find them with ease.

That's the 99-00 only honeycombed style. They have the lower for the 01-04 but no upper
