i have a 2000 f150 4x4 sport with the 5.4. doing v10 swap and i want to use the 4r100 over my 4r70w, what should i need to consider before doing so?

 

driveshaft, shift linkeage, trans harness, ECM for the 4r100...




you're as vague as possible so I'm not sure what else I can point out that needs to be swapped

 

More or less needed to know if the size difference if it would fit under the truck. Also going from an 00 to an 03 tranny

 

Yes, it will fit under the truck because the E4OD/4R100 was an option on the 97-03 F-150.

Mixed feelings about how it turned out? The only thing that doesn't work like factory is the cruise control. What is mixing your feelings?

Also, you don't NEED to use two computers. You can just pull the THEFT bulb.
