can someone please help me 02 f150 4x4
this morning i tried starting my truck and it started but when i put it in drive and pushed the gas peddle it sputtered with no power it barely moved forward it idles fine in park but wont rev when i put it in drive

With nothing to go on but what happens in gear, this is just a guess.
Fuse 23 may be blown in the engine bay box.
If it is, there likely is a short to ground in the harness under side and a string of seemingly unrelated codes would be set.
Have a check for codes to see if there is any supporting evidence.
