'99 F-150 to Lightning conversion...please help!!

Just wondering if anyone else has run across this same prob. I have a '99 F150 that i dropped a Lightning long block and supercharger in, changed transmission and the main wiring harness. I swapped the stock fuel pump out with a Walbro 255. I also swapped the factory pcm with a lightning pcm. The truck cranks and runs fine, however, my fuel gauge is always reading a quarter of a tank, except when i cut the truck off. Just wondering if it is on the sending unit end or on the gauge end, and what to do to fix...thanks!!

did you possibly bend the float when putting the pump back in?

I'm not gonna say i didn't, but I don't believe I did. I tried to take extra care not to do that.

yeah, its the stock cluster. It never did this until after the conversion, which included the pcm, wiring harness, and the fuel pump
