How to Flush the coolant system

Guys,
I am new to F-150's, I got a Guys,
I just bought a 1997 Ford F-150 XLT Extended Cab Pickup 3-Door 4.6L 281Cu. In. V8 GAS SOHC Naturally Aspirated With 200K. This is the first vehicle I have ever had that doesn't have a radiator cap on the radiator. It had a pressurized overflow tank. How do you change the coolant in it?
Thanks,
George:think

Just like the rest. Open the radiator drain valve and if you can, remove the block drains. then refill at the cap.

My opinion. I would not use a flush kit because I don't want to flush my cooling system with tap water. I only put distilled water and anti-freeze in my cooling systems. If you can get the block drains out that may drain mostly all of the tap water out and maybe that will be okay.
