check engine light

Check engine light came on in truck (truck sounds like it is missing ) went to autozone they brought out the meter plugged it into the car says cylinder #4 misfire I am going to buy a new truck is their anything wrong running the truck like this for a few days the most I drive is 20 miles per day I have just got done spending 1400(March) for inspection 500 (last week)new fuel pump I really donot have any more money I want to to spend on it

If the code is P0304 then at least take a look at the coil and boot for a problem.
I know it more difficult to get at being the last one on the passenger side but you need to begin helping yourself.
Putting things off is not a good thing to do on modern computer control vehicles.
The results of letting it go is poor drivability and possible cat damage on that side from burning raw gas in the cats.
