What's the deffernce in an xl and xlt. I am looking at a streat scens mesh grill insert. It says it fit's the xlt and haaritage but won't fit base model. I have a crome shroud with the bar's.


Can some one point me to a honeycomb grill insert that will fit my shroud.

 

I believe the XLs and base models came with a one-piece grille. On the XLTs, the grille and shroud are two pieces and can be unclipped from the back. If yours is a one-piece unit, you will need to buy a separate shroud.

 

My grill insert has clips it is a chrome shroud with a silver insert. So I guses the mesh insert will work in my grill then.

It turns out the one I was looking at on ebay is the lower valence insert and not the grill insert. Summit had the wrong picture and disc. I checked the part number on street scens web site. Thanks enyway now I know what to look for.

 

Does enyone have a honeycomb grill insert laying around. I have had no luck finding one. Serch turns up every thing but.
