so I went to the walmart today and went in to buy something the wife sent me fir and I was only in fir probably 15 minutes and come back out get in my truck damn thing wont start so im checking the battery fuses battery terminals starter terminals for corison and didn't even notice that the eye connector for the supply to the starter had been corroded and snapped off at some point on these terrible pot hole infested roads on the way to the walmart. long story short I zip tied and duct taped the wire to the terminal just to get her fired up. my question is how common is this being this is the first time ive ever had this happen? how many others have had this happen?

 

Im sure it has happened to plenty of people. Corrosion will happen in certain places. Luckily, we have no corrosion issues here.
