Any Ideas?

Hi, I need another perspective on a problem. I have a 2002 F150 4.6L 4wd with 190K miles. About 3 weeks ago I started hearing a clicking sound coming from my front end. It only makes the noise when I am accelerating and only till I reach ~40mph. It doesn't make the sound when revving the engine in park or when I put it in drive and hold the brake while revving the engine. Only when accelerating. I have replaced the U-joints, CV axles, calipers/breaks and wheel bearings. I am at a loss. I took it to a mechanic and his only advise was to wait till it gets worse and then it would be easier to diagnose. But I'm not one to wail till something completely breaks before fixing it. And thoughts or advise would be greatly appreciated!!!

Hi, sorry for the long delay in my reply. I have checked the bushings and there is no problems. The sound is more constant in 4wd and I'm thinking it may be a problem with my front differential.

Has a carrier bearing been ruled out?
