Years ago I had a custom faceplate installed on my 97 F150. The installer didn't do it correctly and they haven't been right ever since. The fuel and speedometer gauges are the one's that bother me the most. What is involved to repair them? Do I need a new instrument cluster, or can I just fix them individually? Any help will be appreciated.

 

Describe the problem?
Most likely it is a poorly fitted face that the needles are dragging on. Open it up, try to fix and determine whether it's worth it. Otherwise, remove the faceplate back to the original.
