Loud Front End Squeak

I have about 80k on my 97 4x4 and the other day I noticed a loud suspension squeak even with the radio on. It is coming from the driver's side but I can't pinpoint exactly where. The steering is tight and everything was checked by a mechanic at 75k. I think it's a balljoint as it squeaks with suspension movement and when turning.

Are there any tricks to get rid of it? I had a similar squeak from the steering when I got the truck but this was fixed when I greased all the links using a needle fitting on a grease gun. I don't really want to replace the ball joints because I don't think they are wore out.

Check the sway bar end links too, they can make some funny noises, and they're dirt cheap to replace.
