4.6L Heads... Navigator?

I'm looking to do something mild to my truck, but more than a tuner. I've been reading the hundreds of threads about the different heads people put on these motors. Mostly all people trying to get the PI heads vice non-pi. I have an 02 so I have the PI heads and I'm wondering what heads I could get without spending the dollars for a trick flow. DOHC Navigator heads keep coming up in conversations but it doesn't seem like anyone says much. Will the 5.4L DOHC Navigator heads work on my 4.6L?

The trick flows will bolt right up. The 4 valve heads will also bolt up but will require a new front cover, timing chains, intake and exhaust manifold. You will also need to lock out the intake runner control. Once it is all said and done trick flows would be cheaper.

At that price I guess the best bang for buck performance is just swap to a 5.4 and go from there.. I'm pretty cheap but I don't mind spending the extra time with a wrench
